Description
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Experience Manager to elevate guest satisfaction and create memorable stays at our luxury resort in Wayanad. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional end-to-end guest experience from arrival to departure Personally interact with guests to understand preferences and expectations Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B; teams for seamless service delivery Plan and execute personalized experiences such as special occasions, celebrations, and curated activities Monitor guest reviews and feedback to improve service quality Train and guide staff on guest engagement and service excellence Maintain high standards of hospitality, ambiance, and guest satisfaction Support front office operations during peak hours if required
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust guest handling and problem-solving abilities Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in hospitality industry Prior experience in guest relations / front office preferred Experience in luxury resort or hotel is an added advantage Additional Requirements: Well-groomed and presentable Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹23,000.00 per month
