- Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience; QSR or café background preferred.
- Education: University Degree in Culinary Arts.

- Comfortable working in both kitchen (hot food, prep) and bar (tea brewing, toppings etc.).
- Strong sense of discipline, hygiene, and work ethic.
- Good communication skills in English; Tamil speaking preferred.
- Must be a quick learner, reliable team player, and willing to follow SOPs.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Relocation: Must relocate to Chennai Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food and beverage prep follows all brand SOPs for consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across both kitchen and bar areas.
- Take part in inventory checking and restocking.
- Follow instructions accurately and contribute to a positive team environment.
