Experience Required: 7+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Administrator (L3 Support) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure environments. The role focuses on End-User Computing, Active Directory administration, messaging systems, networking, virtualization, security, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technical troubleshooting while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support End-User Computing environments (Windows & macOS)
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and access management
- Troubleshoot and manage networking components including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and ports
- Support and administer Exchange / Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware / Hyper-V
- Handle infrastructure monitoring, backup management, and system health checks
- Support security tools and controls including AV, EDR, MFA, and access control
- Assist in Azure cloud administration and infrastructure support
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents
- Support users through calls, remote sessions, and ticketing systems
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely incident resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for escalations and deployments Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure / System Administration (L3 Support)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and enterprise endpoint environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory & Group Policy administration
- Strong knowledge of Exchange / Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration
- Understanding of infrastructure security and access management
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Experience with SCCM / Intune administration Preferred Exposure (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of PowerShell or basic automation scripting
- Experience with monitoring and backup tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
