- Indiranagar) Shift Timings : 5am-2pm & 2pm-11pm Work Days : 5 Days/week (Sat&Sun; are working days) This is a field-heavy role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, interacting with people, and ensuring spaces run seamlessly day-to-day. What you'll do
- Visit homes regularly to ensure operational standards are maintained
- Plan and coordinate household requirements and upkeep
- Handle on-ground errands including vendor coordination, supply runs, maintenance follow-ups, and user requests
- Act as the primary bridge between residents, operations, and support teams
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, security personnel, and external vendors
- Escalate issues proactively and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain operational checklists, updates, and documentation through internal tools
- Support emergency or urgent on-ground requirements when needed We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is highly organized, dependable, and responsive
- Comfortable using smartphones, operational tools, and messaging platforms
- Willingness to travel locally and visit homes is a must
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Has strong ownership and attention to detail
- Can handle energetic, fast-moving operational environments
- Is solution-oriented and calm under pressure
- Enjoys hospitality, people-facing work, and creating exceptional experiences Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, hospitality, concierge services, property management, guest relations, ex cabin crew, aviation ground staff or customer support is a plus
- Familiarity with Bengaluru routes and local vendor ecosystems is preferred
