???? Contract Hiring: CUA Data Annotation Trainer (Non-Tech PPT / Tech PPT) ???? We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join a high-impact AI training and data annotation initiative as a CUA Data Annotation Trainer. ???? Experience Required: 4+ Years ⏰ Availability: Full time (40 hours/week) with at least 4 hours overlap with PST ???? Key Responsibilities
• Train and mentor annotators on CUA project workflows and guidelines
• Review annotated data and provide actionable quality feedback
• Ensure adherence to annotation standards, SLAs, and QA processes
• Create SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
• Conduct onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
• Collaborate with QA teams and project managers to resolve edge cases
• Monitor performance and drive workflow/process improvements ???? Requirements ✔ Minimum 16GB RAM computer ✔ Stable high-speed internet connection ✔ Ability to install and securely use project tools/software ✔ Access to Windows, Linux, or macOS ✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation-following ability ???? Preferred Skills
• Experience in CUA projects and data annotation/data labeling
• Understanding of annotation quality metrics and AI/ML workflows
• Prior trainer or mentoring experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
