Senior Project Manager (Bangalore Division)

Role Overview: Leads complex, high-impact projects from initiation to delivery. Drives cross-functional teams, manages timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and maintain project documentation.
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and efficient workflows. Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of project management experience with proven track record.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
