Operations & E-commerce Executive (Whitefield)

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Operations & E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations for our home furnishing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across inventory, product management, logistics, and website operations, while also contributing creatively through product photography. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & SKU Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and website
- Create and manage SKU codes for all products
- Track stock levels and update inventory regularly
- Organize and categorize products for easy access and dispatch 2. Product Sorting & Catalog Management
- Sort and classify products based on categories, sizes, and collections
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all products
- Maintain structured product data for website uploads 3. Website Product Management
- Upload new products on the website (images, descriptions, pricing, variants)
- Ensure product listings are accurate, well-organized, and SEO-friendly
- Coordinate updates, edits, and product availability 4. Billing & Sales Record Management
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records
- Track daily sales and maintain organized reports
- Assist with basic accounting entries and reconciliation 5. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Process orders and coordinate timely dispatch
- Pack products carefully to maintain quality standards
- Work with courier partners and track shipments 6. Product Photography
- Conduct basic product photography for website and marketing
- Ensure images meet brand quality standards
- Coordinate straightforward edits or enhancements if required Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (inventory tracking, reports)
- Basic understanding of billing and accounting processes
- Knowledge of product photography (basic setup, lighting, composition)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and process-driven mindset Language Requirements
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken and written) Pay: ₹10,000.00
