Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Service Executive – Remote (Work From Home) | Voice Process | Hindi + English About the Role We are hiring a Remote Telecaller and Customer Service Executive for a full time work-from-home opportunity.
This is a voice process role ideal for candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, inbound/outbound calling, BPO, or call center operations.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Work From Home Location: Remote (India) Shift: Day Shift Languages Required: English, Hindi (Fluent) Key Responsibilities As a Telecaller / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing follow-ups, and supporting leads through voice and Whats App communication.
Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers Handle inbound customer queries over calls and Whats App Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions Maintain accurate customer notes, call logs, and CRM details Coordinate with internal sales and support teams Meet daily calling targets and customer communication KPIs Deliver a qualified, polite, and friendly customer experience Requirements & Skills We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to perform consistently in a remote setup.
