Senior Process Associate (Whitefield)

A graduate with 3-4 years’ prior experience working in insurance company or insurance based BPO/KPO process in an operational / data processing capacity. No gaps either during education or between jobs. Well-versed with usage of MSOffice – especially MSExcel. He/she should have attention to detail and the initiative, drive and motivation to work for a young organization and grow with it.
- Detailed analysis and processing of commercial insurance applications
- Making updates to certificate management system and issuing certs
- Premium calculations and generation of quotes & binders using carrier quote management systems
- Detailed loss analysis & preparation of loss projections and client reviews
- Issuance of policies using carrier policy management systems; endorsements to existing policies throughout the policy term
- Policy administration using agency management systems with adherence to service calendars
- Make relevant updates in certificate management system and issuance of proof of coverage and other certs
- Conducting policy and premium audits at expiration / cancellation
- Resolution of queries through interaction with on-site team
- Generation of reporting & analytics for use in future decision-making
- Ownership of processes and client deliverable
- Regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Providing process training to new joiners / resolving process-related questions, working in sync with Lead Trainer / Training team
- Involvement in detailed quality checks and ensuring that output is passed back to training seamlessly
- Take responsibility for team’s SLAs
- Timely preparation of SOPs
- Client interaction
- Preparing and sending reports to internal / external stake holders Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹375,000.00
