Tele caller (Whitefield)

Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for calling customers, explaining company services/products, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up with interested customers
- Generate and maintain lead database
- Answer customer queries professionally
- Schedule appointments or meetings when required
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Update customer details in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
- If required candidate should be available to work on weekends Eligibility CriteriaFreshers
- Any Degree / PUC / Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn Experienced Candidates
- 6 months to 3 years of telecalling / telesales / customer support experience preferred
- Experience in lead generation or sales is an advantage Required Skills
- Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and basic English
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
