Sr. HR Recruiter (Whitefield)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations functions. The role requires solid expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and hands-on HR professional.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for lateral and bulk hiring.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage offer rollouts and closures.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, and offer acceptance ratio.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records.
- Drive employee engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs.
- Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
- Support performance improvement plans
