Chartered Accountant (Whitefield)

This role offers hands-on experience in finance, compliance, business operations, and exposure to working closely with founders in a fast-growing startup environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with the company. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Support statutory audits and internal audits
- Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banks
- Support founders with financial analysis and business reporting
- Help improve finance processes and operational efficiency Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Robust understanding of accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills
- Experience working with startups is an added advantage
- Familiarity with financial modeling and MIS reporting
