Community Manager (Events) (Urgent Hiring) Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) Type: Full-time | On-ground role Experience: 0–3 years (high ownership > experience) About Us Namma Ashram Private Limited is a growing hospitality company building experience-led, community-centric brands rooted in creativity and thoughtful living. We operate and scale multiple hospitality concepts, including: 1. Namma Ashram — a community-driven sanctuary for mindful living, cultural connection, and soulful food, designed as an urban hub for people to slow down, gather, and belong. 2. The Curio Table — an experience-led dining concept that brings together food, science, arts and immersive experiences, where the table becomes a space for curiosity and discovery. From music performances and workshops to yoga, pottery, and community gatherings — we are creating living ecosystems, not just venues. Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, culturally inclined Events Manager who can conceptualise, curate, and execute events end-to-end. This is not a desk job. You will be:
- talking to artists
- setting up spaces
- managing live events
- building community If you enjoy being in the middle of action and making things happen, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Event Programming & Curation
- Identify and onboard artists, facilitators, and collaborators
- Build a strong pipeline of music, workshops, and community events
- Ensure alignment with our philosophy (mindful, inclusive, cultural) Event Execution
- Plan and execute events end-to-end
- Manage on-ground logistics (setup, sound, flow, guest experience)
- Coordinate with internal teams (café, marketing, operations) Community & Artist Relationships
- Build and nurture relationships with performers and facilitators
- Create a strong repeat network of collaborators
- Act as the bridge between creators and the space Growth & Performance
- Drive attendance and engagement across events
- Work with the marketing team to amplify events
- Continuously improve programming quality and experience Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who loves music, art, culture, and community spaces
- Comfortable talking to artists, creators, and people
- Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Strong ownership mindset (no “this is not my job”)
- Can handle chaos calmly during live events Good to Have
- Some exposure to events / artist networks / venues
- Experience in college fests, open mics, workshops, etc.
- Basic understanding of sound setups / event logistics Why This Role
