We are looking for a Front Office Executive with positive communication skills and a pleasant personality to manage front desk operations and assist visitors and employees.
Responsibilities Welcome and guide visitors to the concerned department or employee. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain visitor records and reception logbook. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Receive and distribute courier, mail, and deliveries. Schedule meetings and update calendars when required. Maintain office supplies and basic records. Provide information to visitors and callers professionally. Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
Skills & Requirements Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and customer service approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred. Good communication skills in English.
