About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for calling customers, explaining company services/products, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and leads Explain company products/services clearly Follow up with interested customers Generate and maintain lead database Answer customer queries professionally Schedule appointments or meetings when required Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Update customer details in CRM/Excel Coordinate with sales and support teams If required candidate should be available to work on weekends

Eligibility CriteriaFreshers

Any Degree / PUC / Diploma Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Willingness to learn

Experienced Candidates

6 months to 3 years of telecalling / telesales / customer support experience preferred Experience in lead generation or sales is an advantage

Required Skills

Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and basic English Convincing and negotiation skills Positive attitude and confidence Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge Customer handling skills
