PMOGI works with training providers, consulting firms, universities, and business partners across multiple countries to promote globally recognized certifications, frameworks, and skilled standards. The Senior Associate – Global Partnership & Business Development will be responsible for supporting PMOGI’s international business expansion, partner acquisition, and strategic collaboration initiatives. The role involves identifying and engaging potential Authorized Business Partners (ABPs), training providers, consulting firms, and institutional partners globally. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, international business development capability, relationship management expertise, and the ability to work in a target driven global environment. Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential international business partners, training providers, consulting firms, and institutional collaborators. Generate qualified global leads through Linked In outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, webinars, and professional communities. Conduct introductory meetings, presentations, and follow up discussions with prospective partners. Promote PMOGI’s accreditation programs, partnership opportunities, certifications, and global initiatives. Maintain and manage a healthy partnership and sales pipeline. Support the end to end onboarding process of Authorized Business Partners and strategic collaborators. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing partners. Coordinate with internal teams regarding partner onboarding, agreements, documentation, and operational support. Assist in preparing business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial discussions. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitor activities. Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, sales reports, and partnership progress reports. Achieve assigned partnership acquisition and business development targets. Participate in virtual international meetings, webinars, and business networking activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the franchise industry and business model. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Perks and benefits Fixed Salary
