At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, strategy, and heart to everything we do. You’ll be the operational backbone of our growing taproom network — ensuring consistency, profitability, and excellence across every guest experience. This role is about more than managing processes, it’s about cultivating culture, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement that keeps our brand vibrant and authentic. The good stuff you’ll own
- Lead operations with purpose: Oversee day-to-day performance of multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Drive guest experience standards: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile — through seamless service, consistent product quality, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
- Optimise systems and processes: Implement and refine SOPs, inventory controls, and cost management systems to support smooth, scalable operations.
- Empower people, elevate performance: Mentor, coach, and develop unit managers and teams to achieve business goals while living our brand values.
- Keep numbers in check: Manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and ensure P&L; health without losing sight of the guest experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with HR, Marketing, F&B;, and Finance to align on strategic initiatives, events, and brand growth.
- Champion safety and compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance across all outlets. If You Read This and Think “That’s Me!”, We’re On To Something!
- 6–10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a senior operational leadership role.
- Proven success in managing restaurant, bar, or taproom operations across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of F&B; operations, inventory, and cost control.
- A people-first leader who drives results through motivation, mentorship, and accountability.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and calm under pressure — you make things happen.
