Interior Designer (Whitefield)

Key Responsibilities
- Taking handover from CRM for the project
- Understand customer requirements
- Cross-check floor plan development
- Review the estimation
- Develop the design for the initial draft
- Set up the initial design discussion with the customer
- Send the 1st draft design completion email to the customer
- Develop the design and revise the estimation as per the discussion
- Update the design in ERP and send the customer a notification for completion of the 1st draft design
- Request design feedback from the customer through ERP
- Set up the next discussion if required
- Develop the design and revise the estimation according to customer requirements
- Update the design in ERP and send the customer a notification for completion of the 2nd draft design
- Notify the customer for the next milestone payment
- Assign dates for material selection with the customer
- Develop and update both design and estimation in ERP
- If required, set up the next round of discussion with the customer to finalize the design and material selection
- Take the required confirmation from the customer and lock the design in ERP
- Handover the design file to the Project Manager
- After final measurement, review the file and update all the changes according to the final measurement
- Conduct a site visit to cross-verify the design and actual production
- Handover the project to the customer
- Get a review and conduct a full house video shoot with a testimonial
- Addition: if pinting comes in our scope of work, develop & discussion with customer for painting requirement Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of professional experience in interior design
- Excellent proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory)
- Expert knowledge of residential interior materials & finishes
- Understanding of space planning and modular furniture concepts
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Candidate must be based in Bangalore Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in residential interior projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic)
- Exposure to execution / site coordination Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00
