Nature : Remote & Freelancing Role Description The HR Ops Gen AI Agent Developer is a freelancing on-Demand remote role. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Gen AI agents that support and automate HR operations, including workflows related to HR policies, employee inquiries, onboarding, and day-to-day HR processes. The person in this position collaborates closely with HR operations and human resources leaders to gather requirements, translate HR needs into AI-driven solutions, and continuously refine agent behavior based on user feedback and operational data. Daily tasks include building and configuring AI workflows, integrating HR systems and data sources, testing and monitoring agent performance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security standards. The role also involves documenting solutions, training HR teams on how to use AI agents effectively, and contributing to best practices for AI in HR operations. Qualifications Experience of Implementing Agentic Gen AI Agents for HR ops. This is a Must have. You should have implemented Agents for HR ops. Robust foundation in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR), ops. Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI/Gen AI.
