Job Description – Customer Support into Sales(Australia Shift)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with exceptional English communication skills to join our team immediately.

Shift Timing Australia Shift: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (IST) Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities Communicate confidently and professionally with clients/customers in English Handle emails, chats, and coordination tasks with accuracy and clarity Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism Work independently while meeting daily targets and timelines Collaborate effectively with internal teams when required

Requirements Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory Robust interpersonal and communication abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined Ability to work in early morning Australia shift timings Immediate joiners preferred Basic computer proficiency and professional work ethic

Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Solid attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
