Tandoor Chef Kadugodi

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Indian tandoor cuisine and the ability to maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of tandoor dishes including rotis, naans, kebabs, and tandoori starters Ensure consistent taste, portion control, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards Monitor tandoor temperature and equipment maintenance Assist in menu planning and new dish development (if required) Manage raw material usage and reduce food wastage Coordinate with kitchen team during peak hours

Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Tandoor Chef Strong knowledge of Indian & Tandoor cuisine Experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety Immediate joiners preferred
