Website – Qualification : Any Graduate Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. 1. Prepare and disseminate correspondence through email. 2. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners. 3. Schedule meetings and maintain calendar. 4. Organize and manage physical and electronic files. 5. Support and facilitate completion of regular reports. 6. Make travel arrangements including booking of tickets. 7. Document expenses and send them to concerned. 8. Attend to personal administrative work of the Managing Director. 9. Maintain secrecy of sensitive information. Candidate Profile 1.Should be a Graduate. 2.Should have Computer, MS office, and internet knowledge 3.Should be fluent in English.4.Should be able to independently draft letters and email Salary: As per Industry standards and experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00
