At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Captain who can lead from the floor — ensuring smooth service, happy guests, and a positive, high-energy environment. You’ll be the bridge between management and the service team, setting the pace for great hospitality every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the thick of action — coordinating service, mentoring team members, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. The good stuff you’ll own
- Lead the service flow: Supervise your section during shifts to ensure timely, efficient, and friendly service.
- Deliver great experiences: Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and make their time with us genuinely memorable.
- Guide your team: Support, train, and motivate waiters and assistants to uphold service standards and teamwork.
- Ensure readiness: Check table setups, cleanliness, and presentation before every service.
- Communicate with precision: Coordinate between the bar, kitchen, and service teams to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully: Resolve minor concerns immediately and escalate as needed with professionalism.
- Support operations: Help with inventory counts, billing, and daily shift reports when required. If You Read This and Think “That’s Me!”, We’re On To Something!
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B; service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or captain role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant/bar service standards and POS systems.
- A natural people person — approachable, calm, and confident.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Passionate about hospitality, beer, and guest delight.
