General Manager – Accounts & Finance Industry Sports Club / Hospitality / Recreation Experience 10 to 15 Years Salary 20,00,000 per annum Qualification CA / MBA – Accounts preferred Location Mumbai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the entire finance and accounting function of a reputed Sports Club. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, budgeting, internal controls, audits, and management reporting while ensuring smooth financial operations of the club. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounts Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, finalization of accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial records. Budgeting & Planning Prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor departmental budgets and control costs. Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to management committee. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors. Audit & Controls Manage internal and statutory audits. Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs. Ensure risk management and fraud prevention systems. Treasury & Cash Flow Manage banking relationships, fund flow, investments, and working capital. Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor payments. Leadership Lead finance, accounts, billing, stores, and payroll teams. Support senior management with strategic financial decisions. Candidate Profile Experience in hospitality, clubs, hotels, real estate, or service industry preferred. Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, ERP, and MIS. Excellent leadership and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00
