MIS Executive – Warehouse Operations & Data Management …, Lower Parel

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can manage operational data, maintain reports, and coordinate with internal teams for system and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Downloading and managing reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Creating, maintaining, and refreshing Excel data models for different departments such as:
- RTO
- STO
- Outward
- Inward
- Performing advanced data handling and analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinating and following up with the Tech Team regarding report requirements and system enhancements
- Creating and maintaining employee login ID records
- Forwarding new employee login ID requests to the Tech Team for creation
- Deactivating login IDs of resigned employees to ensure proper access management
- Sending operational and MIS reports during sale periods, including working in night shifts whenever required
- Ensuring timely and accurate report sharing with stakeholders Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Data Modelling
- Good understanding of WMS reports and warehouse operations
- Ability to handle large datasets and refresh data models efficiently
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to work under pressure during sale periods Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MIS, Warehouse Operations, or Data Management
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and report automation
- Experience in handling operational reporting for logistics or warehouse functions Work Requirements
- Flexible to work in night shifts during sale or peak business periods
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders effectively Pay: ₹15,000.52
