Chartered Accountant: Real Estate (Lower Parel)

– Chartered Accountant (CA) Real Estate Sector | Experience: 12–15 Years Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience Required: 12–15 Years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall finance, accounts, taxation, budgeting, and audit functions for real estate projects and corporate operations.
- Handle project accounting, fund flow management, MIS reporting, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, RERA, and other statutory regulations applicable to the real estate sector.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, financial institutions, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and funding requirements.
- Monitor costing, project profitability, vendor payments, and revenue recognition as per accounting standards.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Drive financial controls, process improvements, risk management, and internal audit systems.
- Support management in strategic financial decisions, budgeting, and business expansion plans. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of project accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial management.
- Experience in handling multiple real estate projects and large-scale financial operations. Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools Pay: ₹200,000.00
