Description
- Generate new business opportunities through direct marketing, field visits, and corporate networking.
- Identify potential clients in FMCG, F&B; and Retail, Manufacturing, Automobile, Pharma, Education, and Premium Product Segments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as assigned by management.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with Production, Pre-Press, and Planning teams to ensure accurate job execution.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging and print solutions.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with costing and management.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
- Maintain detailed records of sales visits, leads, conversion ratio, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Support management in expanding the company’s market reach and brand positioning.
- Ensure disciplined reporting and adherence to company SOPs.
- Continuously work towards improving sales conversion ratio and profitability margins.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing (Preferably in Printing, Packaging, FMCG, or Industrial Sales).
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Age Group: Young, dynamic professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.
- Industry Preference: Exposure to Packaging, Print, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi knowledge preferred).
- Location: Bengaluru-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
