Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring productive and effective service delivery to customers

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, tellers, and other branch personnel

Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns

Participate in the development and implementation of branch-level initiatives and projects

Monitor and analyze branch-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

Provide coaching, training, and support to branch staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting

Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency

Thorough understanding of banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
