Position Summary

Corporate Stalwarts is looking for a Tech & Business Development Intern for a dual-role position. This role bridges the gap between HR Tech support and B2B lead generation , offering hands-on exposure to recruitment technology, CRM systems, and business development life cycles.

Internship Details


- Work Mode: Work From Office

- Employment Type: Paid Internship

- Duration: Minimum 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)

- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off )

- Compensation: Fixed Stipend + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support (Approx. 2 Hours Daily)


- Assist in the digital transformation of HR and recruitment operations.

- Support the implementation of HRMS , HR Tech tools, and workflow automation.

- Maintain internal databases, dashboards, and operational reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for system updates and data integrity.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation


- Conduct market research on potential clients in FMCG, Pharma, IT, and Manufacturing .

- Collect and organize data regarding decision-makers and company profiles.

- Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.

- Manage and update records within the CRM .

- Assist in the creation of pitch decks and sales presentations.

- Follow up with prospects to schedule introductory meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Education


- BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT) – 2nd or 3rd Year students.

- BCA graduates or students.

- BBA/MBA/Commerce students with a strong technical inclination.

Skills & Competencies


- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.

- Technical: Basic understanding of technology and business processes.

- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with LinkedIn for research.
