Accountant (Dera Bassi)

Experience Required: 5–7 Years Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction Salary: Best in Industry Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial operations related to real estate projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
- Maintain project-wise accounting and cost records
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports
- Monitor vendor payments and client receivables
- Maintain records related to land purchases, agreements, and construction expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com
- 5–7 years of accounting experience in real estate or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Preferred Skills

- Vendor and client account management
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of RERA-related accounting will be an advantage Languages Preferred Punjabi, Hindi & English Pay: ₹30,000.00
