Graphic Designer (Dera Bassi)

Role Objective:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio and experience in creating digital and print creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Key Deliverables:

Conceptualize and Design:

- Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media, brochures, and presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

Brand Consistency:

- Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all design projects.

- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a unified brand identity.

Creative Input:

- Contribute creative ideas and creative concepts to enhance design projects.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh design approaches into our materials.

Software Proficiency:

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools, such as Adobe After Effects for creating engaging product branding videos and promotional content for social media.

- Experience with Figma for website design, including wire-framing, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.

- Stay informed about the latest design tools and technologies.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

- Proven experience in graphic designing

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography

- Familiarity with design tools and technologies

- Keen eye for aesthetics and detail

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good team collaboration skills

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or any graduate)

Good to have:

- Proficiency in animation tools and motion graphics

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles

- Basic photography and image editing skills
