Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
- Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on offers extended, and maintaining open communication with both parties.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish. Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment consultancy.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques including headhunting, bulk hiring, campus placement, lateral hiring, etc. .
