Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L; Account, and Financial Statements.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliance management.
- Preparation and review of monthly MIS reports for management.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Project-wise costing and profitability analysis.
- Coordination with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and consultants.
- Bank reconciliations, fund management, and financial controls.
- Monitoring receivables, payables, and vendor payments.
- Ensuring compliance with RERA and real estate accounting standards. Candidate Requirements ✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) ✔ Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience ✔ Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Audit & Financial Reporting ✔ Proficiency in Tally, ERP Systems & Advanced Excel ✔ Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry preferred ✔ Strong analytical and leadership skills What We Offer
