Shift Timing:
US Shift (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues Maintain qualified communication with clients Understand customer requirements and ensure proper resolution Keep records of interactions and follow up when necessary Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements: Valuable communication skills in English (written and verbal) Solid problem-solving and customer handling skills Basic knowledge of customer support processes Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns Freshers can apply
Preferred Skills: Patience and a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure Good time management and multitasking skills Willingness to work in US shift hours
