Voice Process Customer Support/technical Zirakpur

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls to provide assistance, resolve queries, or promote services/products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests. Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly. Maintain call quality standards, including etiquette, clarity, and problem resolution. Update CRM systems with call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills [English]. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer service or call centers preferred (Fresher can apply). Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹10,972.46
- ₹30,298.91 per month
