Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contract labor force, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining industrial relations.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and grievance redressal to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with unions for effective communication and negotiation on various issues related to employment conditions.
- Ensure time office management systems are in place to track attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data. Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in human resource management in the engineering & construction industry.
