- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales and operations teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and administration departments for business growth.
- Prepare business reports, performance analysis, and operational updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Skills Required:
