Warehouse Manager 3pl Zirakpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with robust 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience, hands-on SAP/WMS knowledge, and excellent operational leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with 3PL partners, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, storage, and dispatch. Oversee 3PL partner performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met. Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Use SAP/WMS systems for warehouse transactions, reporting, and stock control. Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff for high performance. Prepare and share reports, dashboards, and MIS with management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
