- Drive residential and commercial sales in Zirakpur.
- Formulate local marketing and pricing strategies.
- Identify high-potential land and project opportunities.
- Maximize revenue and project profitability targets. Operations & Project Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations of RG Realty.
- Supervise construction, timelines, and contractor deliverables.
- Ensure smooth handover of properties to clients.
- Maintain strict quality control across sites. Liaison & Compliance
- Handle approvals with local regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and zoning laws.
- Manage legal documentation and property titles.
- Resolve customer grievances and legal matters. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor sales and operations teams.
- Set clear performance targets for staff.
- Collaborate with brokers and channel partners.
- Report operational metrics to executive directors. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Location Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Zirakpur and Tricity property market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, and RERA compliance knowledge. Pay: ₹50,000.00
