Business Development Associate (Punjagutta)

RESPONSIBILITIES Industry Partnerships & Employer Engagement ● Reach out to firms and organisations across sectors (e.g. finance, hospitality, sustainability) for internship and placement opportunities ● Build and maintain an employer database with hiring requirements and placement outcomes ● Represent student cohorts to potential recruiters, coordinate hiring drives, and schedule interviews ● Share feedback from recruiters to improve training and student readiness College & Institution Outreach ● Engage with degree colleges, ITIs, and community institutions to generate student leads ● Conduct awareness sessions, career talks, and seminars to promote our skilling programs ● Build partnerships with colleges for co-branded or in-campus training delivery ● Support MoU execution and follow-up to activate institutional partnerships 3. Sales Support & Reporting ● Drive student enrolments through tele-calling, field visits, and events ● Maintain records of outreach efforts, lead funnel, conversions, and relationship status ● Coordinate closely with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and batch launches ● Provide weekly reports and input for strategic planning Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00
