The Role We are looking for a smart, organized, and highly proactive HR & Administration Executive who can manage recruitment, hiring, employee coordination, payroll support, logistics, office administration, and daily operational tracking. This role is ideal for someone who is open-minded, responsible, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities across HR and administration. We are looking for a person who can function as a central coordination point for the company — someone who ensures that people, communication, recruitment, records, and operations stay organized and efficient. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities for office staff, engineers, supervisors, site staff, and support teams.
- Prepare job postings, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate the complete hiring process.
- Coordinate directly with management regarding manpower requirements and staffing needs.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction processes. Employee Management
- Act as a communication bridge between management, site teams, and employees.
- Assist in employee coordination, attendance management, leave tracking, and workforce organization.
- Support management in maintaining a professional and positive work environment. Payroll & HR Operations
- Prepare and maintain employee attendance and payroll data accurately.
- Coordinate salary processing, employee records, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain confidential HR files and employee databases. Logistics & Coordination
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, transportation coordination, and general staff logistics when required.
- Coordinate office and site-related administrative requirements efficiently. Data Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain organized records, trackers, reports, and documentation related to employees, vendors, recruitment, projects, and administration.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate data in Excel and internal systems. Administration & Office Management
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities and coordination tasks.
- Ensure organized filing systems, document management, and smooth office operations.
- Support management with scheduling, follow-ups, communication, and miscellaneous coordination activities. What We’re Looking ForEducation
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience
- Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, hiring coordination, or office management roles preferred.
- Candidates with experience in construction, contracting, or project-based companies will have an added advantage. Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office management tools.
- Ability to maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation systems.
- Familiarity with payroll processes, recruitment handling, and employee coordination. Soft Skills

- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive personality.
- Ability to multitask and independently manage responsibilities.
