Job Title: Printing Supervisor / Printing Follow-up Executive Department: Production / Operations Job Summary The Printing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring outsourced printing activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and smooth execution of printing jobs. The role involves regular follow-up with printing vendors, monitoring production progress, verifying print quality, and coordinating with internal teams to meet production schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external printing vendors for production planning and execution.
- Follow up on printing jobs to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Monitor printing quality and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
- Conduct periodic visits to printing facilities, if required, to oversee production progress.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams regarding printing requirements.
- Track job status, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to print quality, delays, or material shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation of printing orders, delivery records, and status reports.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support cost control initiatives by minimizing rework and production delays.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and printing materials.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating printing activities.
- Good vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to monitor quality standards and production timelines.
- Basic problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing status updates. Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Technical qualification related to printing or production is an added advantage. Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in printing supervision, printing coordination, production follow-up, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with printing vendors or packaging/printing industries is preferred. Working Conditions
- Factory and field-based work involving regular coordination with external printing vendors.
- Occasional travel to vendor locations for production follow-up and quality checks.
