Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1-4 Years Working Days: 5.5 Days Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and shortlisting quality candidates through various sourcing channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent sourcing, screening, and database management. Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates and schedule interviews Key Skills Required:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Compensation:
