At PRISM (Parent company of Oyo) we are looking for energetic and driven Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team in Gurugram and help us scale hiring across the North Region. • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong exposure to end-to-end hiring
• Ability to partner with business leaders & hiring managers

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
