HR Associate (Haryana)

Backed by leading global investors and operating across key markets, we’re growing fast and building our team from the ground up. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end hiring for business and tech roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Support offer rollouts and pre-closing conversations
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines People Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Support onboarding and documentation (Zoho HRMS, BGV, contracts)
- Track leaves, reimbursements, and payroll inputs
- Maintain employee data and records
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication
- Support day-to-day HR operations and processes What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in HR (mix of TA + Ops preferred)
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with tools (Zoho, Excel, ATS, etc.)
