The opportunity : Assistant Manager-Operations-HR-CBS

The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life. The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies
- Strong expertise in: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC / Web API
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Solid database knowledge with SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Indexing, Performance Tuning)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Repos, Boards)
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification
- Bachelor of Information Technology
- Bachelor of Computer Technology Experience
- Backend Development (3+ years)
- Full Stack Development (4+ years)
- DevOps Engineering (3+ years)
