Description
1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment Coordinate manpower requirements with project/site heads Handle recruitment of workers, staff, supervisors, and contractual employees Conduct joining formalities and induction programs Maintain manpower deployment records 2. Attendance & Payroll Management Monitor daily attendance and shift management Verify timesheets, overtime, and leave records Coordinate payroll inputs with head office/accounts team Ensure timely wage and salary disbursement 3. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues Maintain healthy industrial relations at site Counsel employees regarding workplace behavior and policies Coordinate with labor unions when applicable 4. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain statutory registers and records Handle PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and labor license documentation Support labor inspections and audits 5. Contractor & Labor Management Monitor contractor workforce attendance and compliance Verify contractor bills related to manpower Ensure contractors follow statutory and safety requirements Maintain contractor agreements and documentation 6. Health, Safety & Welfare Coordination Coordinate with safety team for compliance and training Ensure employee welfare facilities at site Organize medical camps, PPE distribution, and awareness sessions Support accident reporting and investigation processes 7. Administration Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping, transportation, accommodation, and canteen services Manage site office administration activities Maintain employee records and confidential documents Handle gate pass and visitor management systems 8. Training & Development Conduct induction and skill development programs Arrange compliance and behavioral training sessions Track employee performance and training records 9. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports Maintain employee database and MIS reports Submit compliance and manpower reports to management 10. Exit Management Handle resignation, termination, and full & final settlement processes Conduct exit interviews Maintain employee separation records Additional Skills Expected Leadership and team coordination Conflict resolution Knowledge of labor laws Communication and negotiation skills MS Excel and HRMS software knowledge Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mda0n
