Description
The Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting companys HR systems, managing projects and generate analytics reports. This person is the subject matter expert for HCM data, system/business process configuration, reporting, and data analysis. Essential Functions:
- Support the set-up and maintenance of the Talent Management, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Business Intelligence, Manager & Employee Self-Serve modules
- Supporting end users through analysis, and if necessary, re-creation of the issue to determine the root cause (i.e. system configuration, data integrity, network, etc.) and provide resolution to the end user. Based on the root cause, determine necessary changes to prevent recurrences
- Troubleshooting and testing system and integration issues by identifying root cause and implements/oversees required correction to prevent recurrence
- To provide support and guidance for troubleshooting system issues to other members of the HR team
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity
- Audit and maintain security roles and rights across all modules
- Maintain the content on home page, company info page and managers guide
- Develop, review and maintain UltiPro user guides for employees, leaders and the HR team
- Conduct monthly webinar training to educate staff on capabilities and the self-service features of the program (personal changes, account details, time off requests)
- Support the Sr. HR Manager in upgrades and implementations and coordinate and/or participate in user acceptance testing and integration testing
- Modify workflows to reflect the needs of the business
- Create and run scheduled and ad-hoc reports out of Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence)
- Support the HR team with other systems and technical projects
- Recommends recent approaches, policies, processes and procedures to affect continual improvement and efficiency of services provided by Human Resources
- Other duties as requested Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with HR Information Systems, minimum of two different systems
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of the Human Resources body of knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Skillfully and promptly exhibits flexibility by leveraging available resources to adapt work to changing scenarios
- Exhibits consistent and diligent attention to and application of detail
- Prioritizes operational efficiency
- Excel spreadsheet skills including formulas, pivot tables and analysis
- Excellent verbal skills to interact knowledgeably and diplomatically at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and multitask a variety of tasks and projects under tight deadlines
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Deep analytical and critical thinking skills required for reporting, analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to function both independently and as part of the larger HR team.
- A high level of conceptual thinking, judgment and decision making is required for solving problems that may affect many departments or processes, or for solving problems that require innovative approaches to complex situations.
