Project Manager Civil - Jagadhri (Haryana)

SHOULD BE B-TECH/DIPLOMA IN CIVIL 1. Should have 15 to 20 years Exp. in building Industrial Sheds with well versed in Execution and complete the project from Line out till Finishing. 2. Experience in dealing with Government Contracts and Industrial sheds are necessary. Should be able to deal with railway officers and complete the project within stipulated time period. Should Have completed under him at least 15,000 sq. Meter with 20T Crane and at least one structural (PEB) building having Piles construction. 3. Should have knowledge of P.E.B. Structures and their erection. General understanding of contract administration with Railways. 4. Will be responsible for getting the Project completed within Timelines, Cost and Quality Parameters and also responsible for Contract Management and monitoring at site level. 5. Review specifications and implement approved designs at Site / Project Level. 6. Must be technically sound on Projects, Project Monitoring and Control. Should have ability to do planning of all activities for completing the project within target given by customer. 7. Working out the quantities and estimating the manpower, materials required for the completion of the project. Should have skill to assess & manage materials, manpower, machinery and manage & achieve work within time. 8. Achieving monthly billing targets. 9. Must be able to effectively communicate, make decisions, give direction or guidance, set goals and provide feedback. 10. Should be able to solve project related difficulties including receiving of drawing, material and labour at priority. 11. Lead team of civil engineers at site and having good knowledge of civil project execution. Candidate Profile: 1. Agile in Civil Project Execution. 2. Staying at site location is necessary. 3. Self motivated and highly organized. 4. Able to supervise and control the team. 5. Ability to work in group. 6. Ability to work under pressure.
