About Us Britannica Overseas Education is a trusted and growing organization committed to helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad We provide expert counseling admission support visa assistance and career guidance to ensure a smooth and successful international education journey We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations support recruitment and onboarding train new employees and contribute to building a positive and high-performing workplace culture Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of internal processes Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting screening scheduling interviews and onboarding recent hires Conduct orientation sessions and training programs to familiarize new employees with company culture policies and work expectations Monitor employee attendance maintain records and handle leave and payroll coordination Assist in designing and implementing HR policies company guidelines and standard operating procedures Support performance management processes including feedback collection reviews and employee evaluations Handle employee relations resolve workplace issues and ensure a healthy and collaborative work environment Organize team-building activities workshops and engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention Coordinate with management and department heads to plan workforce requirements and support business growth Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR standards and practices Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and effective teamwork Requirements Previous experience in Human Resources office management or team leadership preferred Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to train guide and motivate employees effectively Organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with basic HR tools employee record systems and office software Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00
